How does online mediation compare to in person mediation?

Online mediation easily replicates a physical mediation, we are able to share, view documents, hold confidential separate & joint meetings. It is just as effective in resolving disputes. Generally there is no difference, unless in certain cases a physical mediation would be better suited, which we will advise you on.

Can workplace mediation end my employment dispute?

Workplace disputes of any nature can easily be resolved and ended for good through mediation. However, the sooner mediation is entered into, the less damage there will be to repair.
