ADR Group

The ADR Group was established in 1990 and is recognised nationally and internationally as a key authority in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

They provide a renowned civil and commercial mediation training program, its accreditation is internationally recognised. 

Over the years they have created workplace and family mediation training programs, again these are widely recognised having trained several mediators over the years.

We are pleased to say several of Effective Dispute Solutions Limited mediators are accredited through the Group and ensure their commercial mediation’s are undertaken in accordance with the commercial mediation model taught on their training program.

Equally our Director, Harvinder, was Head of Mediation Training for them between 2018 – 2020.

Our ADR Group Accredited Mediators are from a variety of professional backgrounds, and specialise in a range of sectors and between them have mediated disputes covering all commercial, workplace and family disputes.
