Mediation costs and fees, although we pride ourselves on being highly experienced in the mediation services we provide. No dispute is ever the same and is completely unique!
Therefore, we really need to discuss your dispute with you, before we quote your mediation costs. We pride ourselves as treating our clients as individuals rather than case number 7080. So how can we quote you before knowing the full circumstances of your situation? You may not;
- Even need mediation.
- Your dispute may not be suitable for mediation.
- You may need a different alternative dispute resolution service.
- Once we have spoken to you, we will quickly be able to work out whether or not we can help you, if we cannot, we will say.
How Much Does A Mediation Cost?
The cost of your mediation will simply be
determined by the following factors.
1. The type of dispute you have.
2. How complicated it is.
3. How quick do you need a mediation.
4. How many parties, employees are involved.
5. Does the mediation need to be in person, or can it be via online mediation.
6. The value in dispute if any, the higher the value, the longer the mediation session and the higher the cost.
Mediator Costs
One size does not fit all. Some mediators charge a fixed fee despite what type of dispute you have. We do not, because it is unfair on you and is an unrealistic approach to adopt. Why should you pay more than you really need to?
For example if you have a simple contract dispute between two parties with a value of £10,000 you would only need a three hour mediation.
If you had a two employee workplace dispute over some minor issues. You would need a full day of mediation. This would cost more than the previous example, but less than the next example.
If you had a complicated probate dispute with three different camps, consisting of a total of eight people, with a value of £9 million. Which would also require a full day of mediation. But would cost more than the previous two examples.

How Much Do Mediation Cost?
We are not trying to hide our mediation costs. From experience we have removed them from our website. As when we had them up it was difficult to mange your expectations. An individual would see for example £500 and then expect their mediation to cost that, less than that or more than that, which just led to confusion .

- A correct, confidential & competitive quote tailored to your individual dispute, which we will email to you. Once we have confirmed your exact requirements with no obligation whatsoever!
- We shall do our best to accommodate your budget, without compromising the quality of service, by finding you the right mediator at the right price.
- We will also endeavor to match if not beat any other mediation quotes you have sought once you provide any quotes in writing. The quote we email you, is the price you pay, there afre no hidden fees.
