Tina works as a commercial and employment mediator and has worked on over 100 mediations with a success rate of 90%.
Tina also has worked community mediator on both large and small multi-party disputes.
She is an avid supporter of online dispute resolution and third party neutrals in resolving employment disputes contributing to multiple international UN Conferences.

Professional Experience
Tina is a full-time consultant in dispute resolution. She is active in training individuals and corporations in conflict prevention and dispute resolution techniques.
In addition, she is accredited as a mediator in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She works as a mediator and facilitator in both the commercial, international and community settings.
Tina is a Tutor at the University of Cambridge where she lectures on courses such as Essentials in Dispute Resolution, Introduction into Collaborative Dispute Resolution (online) and Mediation Skills and Processes and Negotiation.
Her initial introduction into Dispute Resolution was during her Masters Degree in Australia where she worked for the leading mediation provider, LEADR Australia. Tina was fortunate to develop skills in Adjudication both in the Construction Industry and in Domain Name Disputes, while managing both portfolios.
Tina has specialised expertise in workplace mediation and employee support. She worked for a leading Russell Group University in developing and implementing Internal Mediation Panels, Harassment Advisor Panels and Confidential Assessment.
Recently, Tina has been fortunate to utilise her skills in a large scale community engagement project. Tina is also currently, a founding member of Mediators Beyond Borders United Kingdom which does work in international disputes such as advocacy of mediation, mediation, capacity building and training.
